Luffy and Handcock  proceeds to Impel Down, but Luffy worries about his friends where they are. Nami drop down on Weatheria, Weatheria is a sky island and they are dedicated to study of weather, and Nami learns about a special rope that can create winds. Franky ends up on the futuristic Mechanical Island, and is frozen solid in the cold. and becomes a gentleman.
